The institute is administered by the Board of Management. The Board is the highest policy making body in the Institute’s organizational structure and holds full responsibility to determine and execute policies and undertakings of the Institute within the framework of policy directives issued by the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock of Bangladesh Government.
